Alexander Walther

Alexander Walther holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Vienna (1995). After being a clerk at Austrian civil and criminal courts he started his career in the largest Austrian property agency company OERAG, at that time part of Bank Austria Creditanstalt.

Following a health care business development venture in Dresden, Germany, in 2001, he accepted the position of Managing Director of TMF Austria as of early 2002. Alexander's responsibilities have since then included director- and board memberships in various Austrian and foreign multinational companies with assignments to Brazil, Russia and several CEE countries. Alexander has a strong focus on legal compliance and business development in various industry parts and speaks German, English and French.

Markus Schwimann

Markus Schwimann graduated in mathematics in 1999 at the Vienna University of Technology and then obtained MBA degree at Danube University, Krems, Austria, and the Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He attended LLM studies at Vienna University of Economics and acquired Master of Laws degree in 2011 in International Tax Law and a diploma in International Financial Reporting in 2015.

His career began with internships in Österreichische Länderbank and Bank Austria, followed by internship in Siemens. Since 1999 he has been working in Bank Austria, where he covered all positions from an intern to inter alia General Manager at AI Beteiligungs GmbH and BA-CA Markets und Investment Beteiligung GmbH, both part of UniCredit Bank Austria AG. As a General Manager and First Vice President he is responsible for M&A management in Austria, Russia, Turkey and CEE countries. His mother tongue is German, he is fluent in English and understands French and Turkish. Married, one child.

Dr. Michael Pramberger

Dr. Michael Pramberger holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Vienna, where he also became Doctor iuris in 2002. At London School of Economics and Political Sciences he obtained the Master of Laws (LLM) in 1998 and passed the Bar Exam in Vienna in 2003. He started his career as a clerk at County Court in Vienna and then became an associate at Alix Frank Rechtsanwälte KEG, also in Vienna. For two years he worked at Cerha Hempel Spiegelfeld Hlawati Partnership and then at Constantia Privatbank AG / IMMOFINANZ AG, as the Head of Legal and Assistant to the Board of Directors.

In 2005 he became a founding partner of WMWP Rechtsanwälte GmbH and since 2015 he has been practicing law at his own firm in Vienna. Dr. Pramberger has been in numerous positions in Austrian trusts and companies, he is a lector at the University in Vienna and Oxford University and author of various articles in Austrian legal journals. His mother tongues are German and English and he is fluent in French.
